This critical role will work closely with all levels of the organization to design, deploy and provide ongoing oversight of all aspects of Human Resources, to meet business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Must be a hands-on leader who will provide functional guidance and expertise. What matters is your ability to embrace change, learn and grow, and be solutions oriented in a growing business.   • Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources supervisory position required and/or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Some knowledge of Federal/State labor laws required.
  • Must have the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have experience managing worker’s comp claims
  • Must be highly organized with outstanding time management skills.
  • Must be able to maintain professional discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to communicate and follow up effectively and professionally.
  • Experience working with persons with a disability and/or non-profits preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook are required
