The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience working with at-risk, justice involved adults and experience supervising and managing staff members. This candidate will oversee the management of the grant and career case managers. Candidate will be responsible for collecting data from all sources and accurately reporting this data and participant progress to Funding agency. Candidate will have to work closely with partnering social service agencies in the Baton Rouge area. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as be proficient in MS Word and Excel and work accurately within designated timelines. Must be able to work with Accounting staff to ensure that program invoices and supporting documentation are submitted in a timely manner. This is a grant position. Candidate must possess a college degree in social services, business or criminal justice.
Must pass State criminal background check and drug screen. The ability to pass DMV check, provide own transportation, maintain proper vehicle registration, inspection and insurance is required. This is a grant position.
