Goodwill’s Education Advancement & Readiness (GEAR) program begins with our signature one-week job readiness training sessions. After this, participants move into our three-phase program designed to help them find, obtain and keep a job.
Our next one-week session will take place Monday, December 13 – Friday, December 17 from 9AM-12PM daily at our Mid City offices (3400 Tulane Avenue).
